Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Items bought during sale or clearance events
- Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Option
- We offer exchanges only in case of defective or damaged items.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for our return confirmation and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
